Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aabguy ("we", "us", "our"), a service that converts websites into Android applications (APK and AAB files). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

Aabguy accepts a website URL you provide and generates a packaged Android application (APK and AAB format) that displays that website. We do not host, create, or edit the underlying website content itself — we package what you give us.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Your responsibilities

You may only submit websites you own or have explicit permission to package as an app. You are solely responsible for the content, functionality, and legality of any website submitted through the service. Aabguy does not review submitted websites for content and disclaims any responsibility for what they contain.

You agree not to use the service to package websites that: infringe on intellectual property rights; contain malware or harmful code; violate applicable law; or violate Google Play Developer Program Policies.

If you submit a website you do not own or do not have permission to package, and the rightful owner reports it (to us, to Google Play, or otherwise), we may suspend or remove the resulting app and your account without refund, in addition to the indemnification obligations in Section 9A below.

4. Signing keys

Aabguy generates and securely stores a dedicated signing key (keystore) for each app you create. This key is tied to your account and is required to publish updates to the same app listing on Google Play. You are responsible for keeping your account active and accessible to retain use of this key. Aabguy is not liable for loss of app update capability resulting from account closure, non-payment, or account deletion.

5. Plans, billing, and updates

Aabguy offers a Free plan (one app, free updates) and paid Monthly (up to 3 apps) and Yearly (up to 7 apps) subscription plans, with free updates while the subscription is active. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are displayed in INR or USD depending on your location; the displayed price at checkout is the price charged.

If a paid subscription lapses or is cancelled, your account reverts to Free-plan terms (one app) until the subscription is renewed.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account's Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the website content and branding you submit. Aabguy retains rights to its own platform, build tooling, and branding. Packaging your website as an app does not transfer ownership of your content to Aabguy.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the build service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or high demand may cause temporary delays to app builds.

9. Limitation of liability

Aabguy is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for: the content, functionality, or legality of websites you submit; Google Play's approval, rejection, or removal of any app; or business losses arising from use of apps built through the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9A. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Aabguy (and its owners, staff, and contractors) harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) a website you submitted that you did not own or have permission to package; (b) any Google Play Developer Program Policy violation, takedown notice, DMCA claim, or legal action brought by a third party in connection with content you submitted; or (c) your breach of Section 3 of these Terms. This obligation survives closure of your account.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit prohibited content, or engage in abusive use of the build system. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, for users worldwide, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
