This policy explains what information Aabguy collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and account holders on aabguy.com.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), collected when you sign up.

Service data: the website URLs you submit for conversion, app names and icons you choose, and build/version history.

Billing information: plan selection and subscription status. Full payment card details are handled directly by our payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.

Technical data: IP address and general location (used only to determine INR vs USD pricing), browser type, and basic usage logs for security and debugging.

2. How we use this information

• To build, sign, and deliver the Android app you request
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing
• To send you service-related emails (build completion, billing receipts, security notices)
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Signing keys and app data

Your app's signing key is stored in an encrypted form, accessible only to the automated build system tied to your account. It is never shared with other Aabguy customers.

4. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following categories of third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies: payment processing (Razorpay, PayPal), hosting and infrastructure (our VPS provider), and email delivery for account and billing notifications.

5. Data retention

We retain account and app data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information, submitted URLs, and signing keys are permanently deleted, except where we are required to retain billing records for legal or tax purposes.

6. Your rights

You can access and update your account details from your Profile page at any time. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from Settings, or by contacting us directly. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the GDPR in the EU/UK or the DPDP Act in India), including the right to request a copy of your data or object to certain processing.

7. Children's privacy

Aabguy is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. International users

Aabguy is operated from India and serves customers globally. By using the service, you consent to your information being processed in India and by the third-party providers listed above, which may be located in other countries.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
